Dealer took his time with helping me with my purchase Joe took his time with me as I wasn't sure whether to purchase the Accord or the Civic. I went twice to this dealer and both times on short notice fo Joe took his time with me as I wasn't sure whether to purchase the Accord or the Civic. I went twice to this dealer and both times on short notice for him in the evening. He had both vehicles ready for me to test drive. This was on the first visit. I was still unsure as my current vehicle at the time was an SUV but I needed to downsize. On my second visit, again with short notice to Joe, he was there for me. He even told me, because of my work schedule if I couldn't come in on his work days, that he would come in for me on his day off. I, of course didn't want to take anyone's day off away :) Being an avid cyclist, my concern was fitting my bike in the car. On my first visit I tried to put my road bike into the truck but it would require me taking off the front wheel and I didn't want to do that. Joe showed me a beautiful Honda Civic Hatchback and saw immediately I could fit my bike in there with no problem. He said to me "let's try it to make sure". So he took my bike out of my old car and put it in the truck. It fit perfectly! He was very patient with my million and one questions on all the new car technology I had, even down to how to preset the radio stations. I walked out of there with my new shiny black Honda Civic Hatchback, which I love! Joe also told me I could call anytime with questions about the car. I would definitely recommend Joe to my friends and family looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. He was such a gentleman, patient and extremely knowledgable. More
