Although we did some research about the car prior to purchasing, Steven was extremely knowledgable about the car and shared with us all of the amazing technology the CR-V offers. He even spent time with us after we bought the car to show us how to connect our phones to the car through Bluetooth. The process was very smooth and relatively short for a car buying experience. Steven is genuine and patient, not pushy. He was a real pleasure to buy from and we would recommend him to our friends and buy from him in the future. More

Used Car Dealership that once was Great Attempted to purchase a used Honda Ridgeline from this dealership. Agreed to pay the full advertised price on this car and was told I would now have to add almost $700 for "Dealer Fees". One was for window "etching" for a 10 year old car with over 200,000 miles. I told them not to do it, but was told it was already done and by company policy it is done on all vehicles whether the customer wants it or not. I was told it would save me hundreds of dollars on my auto insurance. When I called my insurance company they laughed and said it was not true. What once was a consumer friendly dealership is now a "highway churn them and burn them, profit max dealership! My previous review on this matter never was posted. More

Horrible Customer Experience Never in my life have I ever experience such horrendous customer service. Stepped in the dealership with 15 employees present and not one of them said Never in my life have I ever experience such horrendous customer service. Stepped in the dealership with 15 employees present and not one of them said "Good morning" after 2 minutes Ed said Good Morning, he seemed a bit bothered but had no choice but to see us. He even showed us the truck that we were interested in and at that time it was available, We then took it for a test drive, now we get to the table to talk price, and it went for a sudden turn, Im wondering was it the fact that i said I was from the Bronx? Whatever it was, 5 mins later he comes back to the table and said " I'm sorry, the truck is sold" In disbelief i asked " why were we allowed to go for a test drive" He said " I didnt know someone put a down payment. No one offered an apology they just let us walk out the door. Now we get in our 2017 Honda Accord and I enter my review on Yelp, 5 mins later I recieved a notification from Adrian, the manager, who stated we didnt get a greeting because no one knew we were there, and he just ended his staff meeting. He then goes on to say " someone left a deposit the day before" which was odd because they are closed on Sundays, So at this point he goes on to say if the customer doesnt come in by the end of day he would call me, here we are 4 days later no return phone call from Adrian as he promised . We had someone call inquiring about the truck and he was told "Yes the Cross tour is in our system and its available. The very same truck that we test drove. Way to go DCH KAY Honda, thanks for nothing, well actually thanks for leading us out the door, we gave our $25k check to someone who understands the customers journey . I give this dealer 2 thumbs DOWN More

BTW, their deal was the best of all the high pressure dealerships. They spent so much time making sure we understood everything possible about the car. I cannot say enough about these three gentlemen. They made us feel as though we were the owners of the dealership. They are absolutely the best! If you are planning on buying or leasing a Honda product, don't waste your time going anywhere else. More

We refused to pay for extras that are just a way for a dealership to take advantage of customers. I do not blame the salesman, I am sure that he is directed by upper management.
