She provided top of the line customer service that was truly sincere. Not something you see often at other dealerships. She set everything up before I even walked in so all I practically had to do was sign and be on my way. Steve was also easy to deal with. He even helped me get the best rate on my insurance. Armando in finance covered all bases and left me with no questions. I thoroughly enjoy my Honda Accord and a lot of that is because of how easy my experience was and the terrific rate I got! More

As long as I'm in Jersey, I'll never go anywhere else! I am in NJ to care for my 90-year old parents, and they have dealt with Kay Honda for YEARS and we have always been happy with them, but due to my dad I am in NJ to care for my 90-year old parents, and they have dealt with Kay Honda for YEARS and we have always been happy with them, but due to my dad's Alzheimers, their car had been neglected and was truthfully a deathtrap (they stopped driving when I arrived last November). YET, Rustam Kuchkorov, awesome person that he is, STILL took that heap of junk as a trade-in and I bought a beautifully kept Toyota RAV4 and he even put four new tires on the RAV. He was fantastic to deal with and was so sweet to my old mum and.... well, I can't say enough about how happy I am with the whole experience. Thank you! More

Susan was extremely helpful and forthcoming with an explanation of the dealer fees that would be included in a car purchase before I ventured out to see the car. Many car dealers don't do this and surprise their customers with hidden fees. Their fees were reasonable, unlike other dealers that tack on thousands! Rustam went above and beyond in getting me access to drive the car. He also explained how we could structure the transaction with the timing of my funds.
