Seamless I’m not an easy customer to deal with as I’ve purchased many cars in my time, so when I called, I wanted to speak directly with the GM of the store to I’m not an easy customer to deal with as I’ve purchased many cars in my time, so when I called, I wanted to speak directly with the GM of the store to cut out all of the “BS”. I spoke with Mark and when I say this man was professional, he was professional! He gave me all of the information I requested without having to beg for it and was extremely transparent. He also sent me an email with an out of the door number, so there would be no misunderstandings when I went into the dealer. I was introduced right away to John Nguyen by Mark who made sure that Ekatarina had the vehicle I had interest in was pulled up and ready for me to test-drive. When I came back from the test-drive, all of my paperwork was printed and ready for me to sign. As I finished my paperwork in finance, the vehicle was being cleaned and once I finished, the car was ready and waiting for me to drive home. Ekatarina went over all features with me to make sure I knew how to use my brand new Accord and I was ready to be on my way! Great experience, SEAMLESS and headache free! Was looking for a fun second car My 2010 Honda Pilot Touring does all the heavy lifting in this household. Its driven the most, mainly for chores and emergencies at work. It is big, f My 2010 Honda Pilot Touring does all the heavy lifting in this household. Its driven the most, mainly for chores and emergencies at work. It is big, fast and above all comfortable to drive. I will never trade it in and always will be a "Pilot Driver" . But I was always yearning for a second fun car that was small, sleek and fast as well. The new 2017 Honda Civic Coup Touring caught my eye. The Civic would become my 4th Honda vehicle purchase through DCH Kay Honda, Eatontown. I had done my sales research on the vehicle so I was prepared for the torture of the sale negotiations. I worked with David Radice. Though the car was not on the lot he spent his time and found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. David was patient with all my questions, and I had many of those. Very knowledgeable. He did not play sales games, he was honest and straight forward. "You need this, but you don't need that" WOW! Took me on a test drive with the Civic. He wanted me to feel the difference in drive between Pilot and Civic. There is a big difference difference in driving experience between a Pilot and a Civic. He was concerned. Like the Pilot Touring, I fell in love with the Civic Touring. Zippy little thing! In the end it was a win-win for both of us . I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and they had another satisfied customer and sale. Work with David. As for service, well a Honda will last forever as long as you maintain them by the book. Ken Kallok is the service manager at Eatontown. He runs a tight ship and a clean shop. That speaks volumes. Have a service problem speak to him. My service advisor is always Glen Carr and my mechanic is Anthony. A whiz on Hondas. Why? Because I demand a great deal from my vehicles as I am on call 24/7- 365 days a year. These gentlemen and my Honda vehicles may sure I get safely where I have to be when that phone rings at 2AM in the morning. More
