Car Salemen Fear Gone! I'm sure most women have some degree of fear when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle alone. I sure did. Before going to Kay Honda, I had visited a dealer locally, it was not the best experience. I decided to try Kay Honda....I am so glad I did! Paul Kittner immediately made me feel very comfortable. I new what I wanted. Within a few minutes I was out test-driving a Honda CRV. There was no pressure from Paul, and I did not purchase my vehicle that day. I knew Paul was disappointed, but he did not pressure me in any way, that really impressed me....most car salemen won't let you leave without purchasing, or at least, make you feel bad about not purchasing. A week later, I was back, and purchased my vehicle. After some discussion, Paul and I realized that our families and our lives have a great deal in common. I think we will remain friends. My first lease! When I came into Kay Honda, Ed greeted me at the door. I let him know which car I was interested in and within minutes I was test driving the 2016 Ho When I came into Kay Honda, Ed greeted me at the door. I let him know which car I was interested in and within minutes I was test driving the 2016 Honda HRV. Ed made sure to honor my price range and keep things real with me. He discussed multiple different options and did not try to talk me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. When we made a deal, he explained that the model of the car I picked was brand new and not yet at the dealership. While I waited for it to come in, Ed checked in almost everyday to let me know what what going on. He always kept me in the loop. When my car came in, I was in and out within an hour and on my way to run errands in my brand new car. Thanks Ed!! and everyone at Kay Honda! More
