I am 23 and this was my first ever car purchase, so I was a little nervous and unsure going into it but I the sales and finance team were absolutely wonderful and so friendly and courteous. My sales associate, Phil Holmes, was first and foremost a pleasure to work with. He knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel like I was buying a car from an old friend. I highly recommend anyone going to DCH seek out Phil as their sales associate. (Plus, he's a big Yankees fan, so I liked him immediately.) The sales manager I worked with, Mike Lyttle, was also tremendously helpful and a great guy. He definitely made me feel as though I was getting the best deal possible and that he was doing everything in his power to save me some money and help a first-time car buyer such as myself aware of everything I needed to know. Other dealerships I went to just wanted to sell the car to make money and get me out the door, but the team at Kay Honda made me feel like they genuinely appreciated my business and were doing the best to make everything as straightforward and affordable as possible.
