I also went through the Costco Auto program which reduced some of the headache, but even without that I feel it would have been a breeze. Also, Andrew in finance didn't try to force me into any extras, but pointed out the ones that I may benefit from. He also did not waste my time and even had me laughing. He is professional, non-aggressive, knowledgeable, and eager to please. Somehow he was able to meet all the criteria I laid out for him purchasing a Fit. Of course, once the deal was made, the finance office has a shot at changing all that, but the young lady who processed my purchase was polite, and able to take no for an answer without trying to make me feel like I would be making the biggest mistake of my life by rejecting Kay Honda's offer of jacking the price by 33% for their extended warranties, I'm very happy with my new Honda and happy with the way I was treated at Kay Honda.
