They are truly amazing Now I first must admit that I went to a previous Honda dealership before I walked in the DCH Kay Honda delearship on 10/17/14... I was overwhelmed and Now I first must admit that I went to a previous Honda dealership before I walked in the DCH Kay Honda delearship on 10/17/14... I was overwhelmed and anxious beyond belief already assuming that my experience with them would be the typical horrible car salesman experience that we all have heard of... So when I pulled up to the lot being a woman and going by myself all my guards were up... But as soon as I walk to the door my car salesman Ray Furslew met me with respect, humility and a genuine smile which broke down my defenses a bit... He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sale me anything less or more... He appraised my car and gave me the best possible deal... Took me for a drive and answers all of my questions without being forceful or intimidating... I told him and the finance manager Anthony what I wanted my payments to be and when the car I chose would not fit that payment they gave me an option for a different car that met my requirements... That alone meant a lot to me because they didn't try to put in a car that I could not afford and they didn't sell me a car of any less value or quality... The financing manager Steeve was down to earth... Respectful and friendly.... I requested the chance to write a review for them without them asking me because it is well deserve and they definitely have a customer for life More

Our Honda Civic Purchase. GREAT Job Steve Simon and DCH! On Saturday 10/18 my wife Maryann and I visited DCH Honda to see about a purchase of a 2014 Blue Civic Coupe. I had made an appointment and received On Saturday 10/18 my wife Maryann and I visited DCH Honda to see about a purchase of a 2014 Blue Civic Coupe. I had made an appointment and received a quote through Megan in the DCH internet department. Megan greeted us on arrival and introduced us to Steve Simon our sales person. He quickly brought up the car we were interested in and took us on an informative test drive. Our trade was fairly evaluated and we sat down to make a deal. With very little pressure we came up with a price and a finance rate that was agreeable to Maryann and I. We then were introduced to our finance person Pat Connelly who was friendly and efficient and had us in and out quickly. Maryann picked up her new car this morning Monday 10/20 was greeted at the door by Steve who had the car cleaned ready and waiting. He did a excellent job explaining the cars features and how to use them. I would say the entire experience at DCH was above average and would highly recommend this dealership!
