Horrible and could care less! Sold me an unsafe car! I have called many times and this is now the third time I am sending this information. When I purchased the car my sales person agreed that the car s I have called many times and this is now the third time I am sending this information. When I purchased the car my sales person agreed that the car should be in safe conditions. After many calls I finally received the headlight however I received the ticket since it took so long. I do not agree that this is good customer service and I am very disappointed in the handling of an "unsafe car." My expectation from such an outstanding company was immediate rectification of the situation. Instead I have received neglect and unconcern. I have contacted Victor many times and I still have not received a check. I paid the ticket including the $10 late fee. I was promised by Victor to pay the ticket so I sent him the scanned copy of the ticket. Then he switched his story to "we told you to pay the ticket and we will reimburse you." This was of course after I got a late charge and after several calls. I also have contacted Andrew via phone messages and what a surprise...no return phone call. After sending emails to top management this has still not been addressed. I was again promised in July it is not September and no check. I purchased my unsafe car in May!! More

When my husband and I went to see the truck Jeff wasn't there, he was on his way back, but instead of having us stand around waiting, the other salesman gave us the keys to the vehicle so we could take a look at it, in the meantime Jeff came back and answered all of our questions honestly, took us for a test drive, twice! While my husband and I were deciding whether or not we were going to purchase the vehicle, he left us alone, and gave us time to discuss it, without ever pressuring us to buy it. It was the best car buying experience we had ever had! Everyone that works there is great! We will definitely go back for our next vehicle! More

Excellent Dealership I would highly recommend this dealership. We had been to a dealership closer to our home and the service was terrible! We didn't get help. We then went to DCH Kay in Eatontown and met Art Smith. What a difference. We called ahead with a question about cars we had seen an their website. When we got there he had the cars out and ready for a test drive. The entire process was a traumatic. Art and everyone we dealt with was courteous and very helpful. Can't say enough about them. If you need a car this is the place to go. More

Phil made sure the car was detailed before I left and even put a coat of the fabric protector on for free. He made sure I had the bluetooth setup and called the next day to see how I was doing with the new car. He even helped me submit the needed paper to see if I qualified for the student/ graduate discount. He never pressured me to buy the car. He was very patient and helpful through the whole process. He was low keyed and at the same time very efficient in making what could be a nerve wrenching experience a rather pleasant one. He actually listened to our questions and took the time to answer everything. Also, he sat with us in the car and explained all the features and set up our iPhone with the blue tooth feature. We have already recommended. Ray and the dealership to friends. By the way, the finance man, Armando Lopez,too was terrific. Another good listener and no hard sells trying to convince us to purchase something we did not want. It was worth the trip from toms River to go there! More
