I usually do not write reviews, but after the exemplary service we received yesterday, I had to write this review. I have been leasing from this dealership for close to ten years (between myself, my husban service we received yesterday, I had to write this review. I have been leasing from this dealership for close to ten years (between myself, my husband, and other family/friends). I can't say enough GOOD things about DCH Kay Honda!! First off, they are VERY family friendly! I have a three year old who accompanied my husband and I, and all I can say is that he was more than welcomed at this dealership and "entertained" by the staff! Our Sales associate, Scott Wendling went as far as to share a snack with our son from his OWN personal lunch! Scott was kind and "human". Not like other dealerships, where the sales people double talk you, and fail at customer service. DCH Kay Honda is ECONOMICALLY REALISTIC TOO! And, as a stay at home Mom, my husband and I did not have the luxury of providing a large down payment as we were able to in the past. Scott and the finance department had absolutely no issue with this. We were able to make a deal anyway! A GOOD ONE! There was absolutely no back and forth haggling!! Which is very appreciated. Being returning customers, we ran into some old faces from over the years! It was moving to know, that we were remembered too! With a dealership as large and busy as DCH, who would remember us? Well....Andrew did! And it was almost two years from our previous visit! Andrew also helped us when it came to financial portion of the deal! Couldn't ask for more! Such a great upfront guy. Last but not least, we also dealt with Patrick Connelly! He was awesome too. By the time we met with him, my son was ready to go! And he also provided our son with attention (that he did not have to do). He played and joked with him! Patrick also showed us that he was "human"! And wasn't just interested in "sign here..sign there"....now good-bye. He went over all of our paperwork, and was very thorough. And explained everything! Overall, this visit was fantastic!
