Steve Morse was great. I found several cars I was interested in on the internet. Steve was informative and very personable. I needed to replace a vehicle that was totaled in an accident so I needed it replaced quickly. Pat Connelly was able to get me the protection I felt I needed, at a reasonable price and without pressuring me into buying something I didn't want. They both were very patient and willing to show me as many cars as I needed to, to make sure I picked the car that was right for me. I ended up test driving two cars, ultimately I chose the second one I was shown. I asked for specific things, and they delivered. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I felt pressured by the salesman and sales managers to execute my lease deal before I was ready and I made a mistake in trading in my Lexus (which cost me approx. $3000).They came back to me twice after I execute my lease deal before I was ready and I made a mistake in trading in my Lexus (which cost me approx. $3000).They came back to me twice after I signed the contract stating mistakes had been made and demanding more money which of course I refused to pay. Andrew lied to me stating that Honda insisted on synthetic oil for lease cars and stating that I did not need to go to a HONDA dealer (20 miles away) for service,thus pressuring me to buy HONDA CARE. Honda only specifies synthetic BLEND and I had to go to the dealer. Perhaps its my fault for giving in to the pressure put on me to execute the deal that night when I really wanted to study the situation which would have resulted in no trade in and no extras and a much better deal for me. I'm sure the dealership management is proud of the boys for closing the deal but I think the whole place is slimy and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and my friends probably won't either. I reported my experience to American HONDA. We love our HONDA. We despise DCH Kay. More

We picked up our new 2014 Accord EX 4 cyl. on Dec. 31st and could not be happier with our sales experience. I had quotes from various dealerships but what impressed me the most was how Jessica went to bat for us from the get go. Adrian Acosta was very helpful in closing the deal. I felt like the whole team was motivated and they cared for my business which I thought was absent in other dealerships. We agreed on the car and the price over the phone and when we reached at the dealership, the car was ready for delivery! The financing part also went smoothly and we never felt undue pressure from Ed Jimenez (Finance Manager) to buy anything that we were not sure about and he went over the disclosures very well. Finally, we would not be enjoying our new car if it were not for the efforts of the sales managers and directors working behind the scene. This is our third car from the DCH Group and most certainly not the last one. Great job, guys. More
