My experience at this dealership was excellent. When I arrived my Salesperson, Jessica Wendling, was finishing up with another customer. Rather than having me wait, much to my surprise, she handed me the arrived my Salesperson, Jessica Wendling, was finishing up with another customer. Rather than having me wait, much to my surprise, she handed me the keys to the car I was interested in and told me to check it out, familiarize myself with the car, and she'd be with me in a few minutes. No pressure, no looking over my shoulder, just being treated as a potential customer. True to her word, when I returned to the showroom, she was waiting for me. Our discussions and negotiations were honest, fair and quite frankly, rather easy. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership, I was on my way out with a new car. I can honestly say that my experience with Jessica was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jessica was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and direct. She was interested in what I wanted and never made feel pressured to make a quick decision. Our negotiations were quick, professional and there was very little back and forth fighting over a few dollars.
