I have purchased many of cars in my day. Never has the process been so professional, articulate, and transparent than it was with Mr Gutkind. Jeff has a wonderful disposition that allowed my purchase to be enjoyable. He was quick to present the price I expected to pay and I strongly felt he was looking out for my best interest as costumer. I took my Odyssey in for service and was left in the waiting room for an hour before the service department discovered that I would not be able to drive the car. I needed to be somewhere and the staff w waiting room for an hour before the service department discovered that I would not be able to drive the car. I needed to be somewhere and the staff was not helpful in finding a resolution to this scheduling issue. I fixed the problem, but we have not gone back there for service after that incident. The manager offered a discount on a future service, but I did not feel that this was a proper resolution. We are trading in our minivan because of issues that have not been fixed and have been an problem for years. More

In July 2012, I purchased 2 cars from Kay Honda (Salesman George Ungureanu) one a 2012 Accord (traded in my 2008 Accord) and a 2012 Civic (traded in my 1993 Civic). I was never happy with the Civic, it just George Ungureanu) one a 2012 Accord (traded in my 2008 Accord) and a 2012 Civic (traded in my 1993 Civic). I was never happy with the Civic, it just didn't talk to me. So, I went back to Kay Honda, George was no longer there, and worked with Ray Furslew. He was able to work with me on a trade of the 2012 Civic for a 2013 Civic. The deal was made and now I have a car that is a drastic improvement in features, handling and performance over the 2012. The 2013 is the exact same model and color as the 2012. Ray's attitude, customer interaction was professional, friendly and relaxed. He made me feel welcome to the dealership and displayed an excellent knowledge of the car. Negotiations proceeded as expected and we arrived at a mutually acceptable price. More
