I recently graduated college. I walked into DCH Honda in Eatontown last month to buy a new car that I could use to start my life as a professional in the workforce. He understood that this was a big deal for my family and encouraged all of us to participate in the process. Because of the nature of my father's job, we could not spend too much time at the dealership and had to re-visit many times. Every time we came in, he was very nice, provided excellent service, and welcomed all of our questions. I test drove my car twice and he was very helpful in explaining all the new features. He also worked with my father to coordinate times to visit and meet over the phone, and even helped us choose an appropriate payment option. My daughther was in search of a Honda Civic Coupe and we totally intended to purchase the car from a local dealer in our area. Unfortunately, they were not able to locate the car. My daughter went onto a website, located the car and called DAH Kay Honda on Saturday; and purchased the car on Tuesday afternoon. I must say that I was totally satisfied with the service we received from the sales staff to the finance. When we arrived after an hour trip, we knew it was a trip well worth the time. I thought that perhaps they were not going to have the car ready, but to my surprise, it was sitting all clean, prepped and ready to go. Dj never pushed me into anything he was very to the point and that is what I liked most. If you shop around at dealerships you will receive non stop phone calls from sales men trying to push you into a purch and that is what I liked most. I have been leasing cars for at least 20 years. This is the best experience I have ever had. The dealership and it's employees we're honest and up front about everything. Everything he promised he delivered and then some. I know that most of you have dealt with dealerships that have made car buying or leasing an unpleasant experience. I have been through the same thing. This dealership and DJ Johnson are the exception to the rule. If you are looking for a Honda. I suggest that this is the dealership and salesperson that you see. Even if you have to travel. You will never have a better experience. The fact that I have leased three cars in two weeks should speak volumes. I know that sometimes people read these these reviews and think that it was written by someone who is related or works for the dealership. I can promise you in writing this is not the case.
