Had the pleasure of working with Willie, Anthony, Pat, and Scott this past weekend. They were all extremely helpful and caring through the entire experience which made the time fly by. Never had to wait as things were constantly getting done to make it go as smoothly as possible. My parents were also extremely (pleasantly) surprised by the honesty, kindness, and no gimmicks that you wouldn't normally expect when going to a dealership--no hidden fees, add-ons, being pushy etc. but was the price promised. As I thoroughly do my research for the right price and place to go, I highly recommend DCH Kay Honda. You don't feel like you're talking to salesmen, but friendly individuals who care about their customers. Had a great experience thanks to the four mentioned! Well first I do not leave reviews ever but I will make an exception this time, from the moment I called to inquire about a 2007 Honda Ridgeline until I drove of the lot with said car, this was a pleasant exp exception this time, from the moment I called to inquire about a 2007 Honda Ridgeline until I drove of the lot with said car, this was a pleasant experience. Salesman Jeffrey Gutkind is a straight shooter with a very pleasant disposition, the man is very patient and took me step by steps thru all the hoops and curves that were there to navigate and when it came time to close the deal as with any other deal we were not really seeing eye to eye but with his vast experience and with the help of his manager we all found a very comfortable middle road and we were able to close this deal, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the monthly payment that they worked so hard to get for me. I will gladly recommend Jeffrey Gutkind and his top notch team any way of the week, again thanks for your patience and for giving me such a great experience. I went to 2 dealers shopping around before I got to the DCH Kay Honda . I worked with Will Daniels and he was very good. He took me around the lot and showed me all the used Honda Accords they had in stock DCH Kay Honda . I worked with Will Daniels and he was very good.
