When my partner Steve and I started looking for a new car we anticipated with dread having to deal with car salesmen, but o ur experience at DCH Kay Honda was a welcome surprise. DJ Johnson very quickly helped us to figure out what we wanted and what options and services DCH Kay Honda could provide. We never felt pressured or fast-talked, and he made great efforts to be transparent in regard to all of the financial aspects of buying a car. Along with being highly competent he was also friendly and easy to talk to. The final part of the transaction was completed with his colleague Anthony Young who was equally competent, efficient and personable. Several of our friends are looking into buying four-wheel drives (winter is coming!) and we are steering them to DCH Kay Honda with confidence that they will get what they want. More
I recently got a new Honda Accord 2012 and the dealership sold me a car starter with the package. I researched the price of the remote start model they installed online and I was not happy with the price the sold me a car starter with the package. Our entire experience at DCH Kay was extremely painless. I was in and out the door in about 90 minutes with a car. The sales people here aren't pushy (DJ was great!) and this has been my third time buying a vehicle at this dealership. This last time was easily the best experience and tends to be the dealership that I prefer in the county. Their price could not be beat! Overall a great job, DJ was efficient and worked hard to make sure that we didn't have any questions and knew what we were driving away with. More

I came in to DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown with the express purpose to test the Honda Fit as I only needed a basic vehicle for around town. I requested an online quote, and I met John Prudhomme, an Internet Sales Specialist, who was assigned as my salesperson. Upon driving the Fit, John made a compelling case to seriously look at the Civic. While it was indeed a much better ride and more fully featured vehicle, I was skeptical at first. I have experienced such tactics at other dealerships, and I thought this was yet another car dealer upsell. However, the next day, John put together a deal to purchase the Civic LX Automatic at an unbelievable price that coupled with the incentive financing made it a no-brainer. Overall, John was very personable and made the entire buying process stress-free. At no time was he pushy, and his insight and guidance during the process were indeed helpful. With financing guy Anthony Young, they got me in and out of the dealership very quickly and efficiently, answering my questions thoroughly, and making sure that all the bases were covered. I would absolutely and unequivocally recommend John Prudhomme and DCH Kay Honda for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the NJ/NY area. As a side note, I purchased a Honda CRV EX a few years ago from this same dealership and their Service Department is exemplary. Easily the best customer service and best staff I have ever dealt with at any dealership in the NJ/NYC area. More
This is my 3rd New Honda and first time with DCH Honda. I did shop around but found the Andrew best served my needs. He even drove the car himself from the other honda dealer so I could get the exact color I needed. He is an asset to DCH Honda, I would definitely use them for my next purchase. LizA More
This is my fourth Honda purchase, but my first with DCH Kay Honda. In the past I've walked into a dealership to be bombarded by 3 or 4 salespeople vying for my attention - rather intimidating and uncomfor Kay Honda. Then once I've decided on a vehicle only to be rushed through the sales so quickly I forgot I wanted all-weather floor mats or door guards. You can hear the mantra in their heads - get it off the lot, get it off the lot, NEXT. This is NOT the story with DCH Kay Honda. I first contacted Andrew through the internet where I discussed what I wanted and when I would be available to go into the dealership. Andrew did not push me, not did he bombard with numerous e-mails and phone calls. Unfortunately Andrew was not available the day I was able to get into the dealership but he had arranged for me to meet with John. As soon as I walked in the door I was John's only concern. He made sure I had everything I wanted (including the all-weather floors mats he installed himself). What floored me was John called my insurance company and made sure I proof of insurance before I left! Awesome. Andrew called me the next day, asked me how I liked my new car, and wanted to know how John treated me. High praises boys. Andrew and John are true professionals who exemplify the DCH motto. I want to also give a shout out to Max B in finance. Max was professional, funny, and patient. I have never ever received a refund on unused extended warranty payments (on my trade-in) before I met Max. Thank you sir. More
