I walked in and I was introduced to David Radice. He listened to what our needs were. He let me test drive a few vehicles. He answered all my questions honestly and fully. I called my husband. He was also impressed that he was given answers to his questions about the cost of the vehicles. David waited until my husband came from work and could test drive the vehicles we were interested in. Two weeks later we completed the transactions. Everything went just as explained. There were no unexpected surprises. the transaction closed just as we were told it would. I arrived at the dealership knowing the exact car and color I wanted. We checked if the car was still on the lot after seeing it on DCH Kay's website and were so excited to see it parked in the back. After going over numbers and financing options with one of the managers we agreed on a price and financing option that I am very confident no other Honda dealership in the area could have beat. I made a deposit on the vehicle and picked it up the next day. The overall process was quick, not stressful at all and I can definitely say that I will be coming back to DCH Kay for my future Hondas. One of the most important things to me that stood out was that the salesmen didn't hound us or jump on us when we walked in the door, the way it should be!! Take note other dealers!!
