My Internet research on Chrysler Crossfires for sale in the NY Metro area led to DCH Kay Honda because it advertised a very competitively priced used vehicle and it was a highly rated dealership. The online photos were very helpful and also showed a beautiful car that was very clean. My Internet inquiry was responded to immediately the following day. John Luberto, the salesman who called, did a great job keeping me updated on the auto's availability, since I was not able to visit immediately. When I finally did arrive to test drive the car, John met me and did an excellent job showing me the car and explaining its features. The finance manager, Victor Breen, was also quite helpful explaining options available with a purchase. My experience at DCH was excellent thanks to John and my experience so far with the car has been terrific. Although my credit isn't all that great he manged to work his magic and get us in the car we wanted at a price we could afford. I have been leasing cars from DCH Honda Eatontown NJ for over 10years and was very happy, after moving down south to Toms River area I actually went to Honda located on rt37, I thought all Honda operate the over 10years and was very happy, after moving down south to Toms River area I actually went to Honda located on rt37, I thought all Honda operate the same..boy was I wrong, after 2years of leasing from Honda rt37 company sent me a special mail offer..went to check out my options but this time I left with bad tasted. There were another Honda on rt 88 near by, went there to see types of option. At the end of the night bought beautiful Accord 2008 barely 30000.m fully loaded, well I realized gas tank was almost empty and asked sales person, be told me he can only put little and would I be able to make it home..that wasn't enough car battery died as I was about to drive out. I should have known better..everything went down hill after that plus spend 3grand into this car I lost all my fate and trust with Honda. Tuesday I happened to be in Eatontown area for work and decided to stop by DCH Honda and give one more go before I leave for another company all together now after over 17years...=_=. That night I drove new Civic SI home. Gene Colicchio was my sales person, although he didn't have extensive experience as car sales representative, he had me feel very comfortable and win my trust.
