Purchased my 2010 Honda Accord 2 weeks ago. The overall experience was pretty good. Brought my car in today for service. I had an appointment for 300 and did not get out until 600. Unacceptable. All I needed was to have my tire pressure light turned off and have my key remote fixed. I guess I would still be there if the car had to have actual work done!! Just a follow up on the previous review. I was called the following day by the general manager of Kay Honda. He kept in contact with me and looked into the problem I had at the service center. He was very accommodating and understanding and took my complaints very seriously. Thank you Greg Holway for stepping up. I would like to revoke my review and I will be sending my son in to purchase a car in the very near future. More

This by far was the best car buying experience. I had visited a dealership earlier in the day that jerked me around. I had a trade-in, I told them what I was hoping to get for it, they worked the number visited a dealership earlier in the day that jerked me around. I had a trade-in, I told them what I was hoping to get for it, they worked the numbers and got me price for my trade-in and the new car. Armando was fantastic, easy to work with and very polite. Anthony in finance was right to the point and didn't try to sell us unnecessary coverage so they could just take our money. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. Right from walking in the door I felt like a valuable customer and was treated wonderfully. If you are in need of a Honda this is the dealership to visit! More

I would like to thank DJ Johnson for a quick and efficient car purchasing experience. DJ was more than willing to answer any questions and quickly resolve any problems. I had a concern about a mark efficient car purchasing experience. DJ was more than willing to answer any questions and quickly resolve any problems. I had a concern about a mark on the exterior of the car I had purchased and DJ came right out of the dealership to look at it. He knew it was just glue, not a scratch, and got a cloth to rub it out. I had a great experience for the first time ever to buy a new car. Thanks to DJ. He was a terrific guy who explained all the options, had a test drive, worked in favor of us to get the best price. I purchased my new Honda Accord last week from Kay Honda. My salesman was DJ Johnson and he was amazing! He was extremely friendy, knowledgable, and efficient. I was very impressed that he took his time with the sale and was not pushy. Often times car salesmen get a bad wrap, however this was absolutly not the case. DJ made the process seamless. I wanted to write a review of one of the best buying experiences I ever had. From the moment we walked into the dealership Stan(The salesperson) And Lori Lima(Sales Mangager) were nothing short of Amaz experiences I ever had. From the moment we walked into the dealership Stan(The salesperson) And Lori Lima(Sales Mangager) were nothing short of Amazing. I wanted to get out of my lease a little early and was a little nervous that it would be an expensive and tricky process. They reassured me that everything would work out. Stan was very knowledgeble on the cars and was very patient with answering all of my questions. I didn't feel the usual pressure that I have in the past that their only goal was to see how much money they can get out of me. I was able to get the car I wanted and I feel like Stan worked with Lori to give me the best deal they possibly could. I am going to tell you the same thing I would tell anybody who asked me. This is the only place I would ever want to buy a car. Thanks again DCH Kay Honda :) More
