The 2010 Honda CRV (2 wd) model I wanted needed to be ordered from the factory. I received a good price for the new vehicle and placed an order in May 2010. There was a very freindly "family" atmosphere at the dealership. Low pressure and easy to talk and work out a deal with. I had a problem with a slow leak in one of the tires. I went to my local tire place and they found the rim of the vehicle was cracked. I was angry and dissapointed at first, but when I called Pat at Kay he took care of it immediatly, I had a new rim later that day! When I took delivery of the car there was only one key, no spare. It took a couple of weeks, but Pat tracked down the previous owner who had traded the car in and they are going to get the spare key to him for me. It is refreshing at this day and age that someone will go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied, even after the deal is done. I would reccommed Pat and Kay Honda to anyone. More
