A great car buying experience. No pressure, good price, friendly staff. Just went in for a test drive, ended up buying a coupe the next day. Both cars were fairly priced. I typically buy a new car and keep it for 10 years, and as such I do my car shopping very thoroughly. I had planned to buy a reliable compact car (Honda FIT, Toyota Yaris, Nissan Versa or Ford Fiesta). I visited at least 6 or 7 dealers for these different models and choices. I test drove the FIT at this Honda dealer and felt that it was not the right choice. But due to the outstanding customer service I received, I went back 3 times and eventually test drove a 4-wheel drive Honda CR-V, and was very happy with it. I did not expect to buy the car on the spot but the price negotiations went much better than I anticipated. They accepted my counter offer without any hassle. Unlike other dealers, this one is just much more pleasant to deal with. I accomplished exactly what I set out to do, getting a great car at a great price with superb customer service. More
