We arrived in the early afternoon, Marc showed us exactly what we asked to see, without trying to get me to buy something different, and by later afternoon I was driving my new car home in the exact style and color I wanted. I felt I got a fair deal on the first time without any hassle (which is not our way anyway) and I feel comfortable to call him at any time with questions. He showed me all the features on the car before I left the lot and never once seemed tired of dealing with us. As an extra bonus, he also got me a surprisingly great trade in value on my old Civic, which made me feel that you stick by your promise of a Honda running for MANY miles and still being a great car. My Civic had 152,000 miles on it and never gave me a minute of trouble! FYI, we were also greeted by a used car salesperson, Peter "somebody" who introduced us to Marc and was also just so accomodating.
