The initial choices were definitely worthy of my attention and Jeff was very helpful through the process. This is where the difference between a car salesman and a customer-oriented experience comes in. Jeff found me a spectacular Volvo with great safety features, primo styling, good mileage and all at a great price. When I returned to the dealership to actually buy the car, Gene was straightforward and professional, and he and the sales manager didn't play the back and forth games that can make buying a car so painful. Throughout the process Gene was very patient, helping me through the process, while at the same time he was very organized, keeping all the different items in motion in order to help get me out of the dealership (and into my new car) as quickly as possible. I think it is very unfortunate the pressure that car companies put on their dealerships (and customers) to generate 5 star ratings, which can make these reviews a meaningless exercise. However, for what it's worth, while I was finalizing my purchase I started talking to another customer who had just walked in, and did not hesitate to recommend Gene to him. More
