Great Experience with a fantastic Salesperson!!!! I was at DMV and thought let me go in to see what kind of lease deal I could get on a Honda Civic. The showroom was crowded, and I looked around for an available salesperson who looked friendly and honestly one that wouldn't annoy me with the typical sales BS. When the salesperson Gene approached me with a big smile and asked how he can help. Gene was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me pick out a car. He was extremely honest and upfront about everything. I had a bit of a credit issue and worked diligently with his managers to get me into a low monthly payment, Not only did he help me get my new car; he drove about 15 miles out of his way to pick me up with my new Civic at the Ford Dealership; where I had to return my leased vehicle. I have been leasing cars for a long time and not one salesperson had ever offered to do that. (that is what I call Fabulous customer service) Then I went into the dreaded Finance office where I met Pat Connelly. He was super Friendly; explained my lease contracts and went over some additional products. He wasn't pushy at all and answered all of my questions thoroughly; even though it was past closing time and I am sure he wanted to go home. So between Gene, Pat and the rest of the friendly staff at DCH I would like to say Thank You; I am loving my new Civic and will be sending my friends and family members straight to Gene Colicchio More

Great Service Scott Wendling helped me last month in December in the purchase of my new 2016 Civic. But Scott said he would keep an eye out, and yesterday he called us and got us an awesome deal on a 2015 civic for my sister. The transaction was smooth, although we did have to wait a long time for financing to do their thing ( i believe they were having some system issues). But other then that, we are very happy with our experience, and will definitely come back and recommend these guys. More

Another easy experience Went back to the same dealer and Sales agent for the second time in 2 months (and 3rd time this year). Jeff helped me with a used Civic purchase back Went back to the same dealer and Sales agent for the second time in 2 months (and 3rd time this year). Jeff helped me with a used Civic purchase back in November 2014. It was a smooth and simple transaction so when a used CRV became available on the DCH web site I headed back to see Jeff in December. He had the keys to the car and we were off on our test drive in less than 5 minutes... Jeff was able to answer all the questions about the vehicle and has a good sense of what the customer is looking. Within 15 minutes of getting back to the dealer we had agreed on a price and I was starting to sign paperwork. There were a couple other customers in the showroom at the same time and thus it took a few extra minutes for the last step (the finance paperwork), but Jeff kept us informed throughout the process as to the next step and the timing... and provided us with coffee and water throughout the visit. When we had completed the finance paperwork Jeff was waiting to hand us the keys to the car (Jeff had the car washed and he personally drove it to a gas station to fill up the gas tank while we were doing the finance paperwork).... It again, was a very positive experience and I would look to DCH Kay Honda and to Jeff G for my next Honda purchase. More
