My service advisor was great to deal with, and I liked receiving a video from the technician who diagnosed the problem of my key fob locking/unlocking issues. I wish I had been told when making the appt that it was $199. The issue discovered will cost almost $1000. Not happy about the cost for a key fob failure requiring a new door handle, but I'm glad that they took the time to find the issue, so that it could be resolved. More
