I expect to be reimbursed with a reasonable refund for my car not starting due to a dead battery, the serpentine belt having to be replaced, the work day off that I had to call in for, your oversight in this matter, and my excessive wait time due to you being understaffed with service technicians that day, my inconvenience, and my lost time.
