Excellent customer service start to finish I came in to buy a CPO Acura TLX. I’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships so I was apprehensive of the whole car buying process. I even stopped by the service department to get an oil change and Victor went over the all the monitoring systems in my current MDX. Turns out I didn’t need to get the oil change, but he still took the time to explain all the ways the MDX is monitoring the different fluid levels and when I could expect to come in for service.
