Great people to work with. I drove from NY to NJ looking for a specific make, model, price and mileage. I wasn't to hopeful that I would get the deal I was looking for. My Sales representative was Barry Katz who was quite the gentleman for staying way past closing time in order to accommodate me. The sales manager, Shawn Huneycutt was also very gracious and a pleasure to work with. They didn't try to over sell me which always puts me at ease. They knew exactly what I wanted and dealt with me accordingly. Lastly, Jamie Borja from the finance department, who also stayed till the bitter end, was immensely helpful when it came to the extended warranty. He share his own experiences with his vehicles and answered all my questions which ultimately lead to my purchasing the warranty. A purchase I would have regretted NOT making. From sales to service I keep returning to DCH. I came back to DCH as my current TLX lease was coming to an end with the idea of looking at the RDX. I was impressed with the quality, performance, and looks of the SUV but to get most of the safety features I was looking for put it over my budget. I decided to look at the TLX again and once more Walter patiently again took me out for another test drive. After experiencing the new TLX which included the safety features I wanted and with a greatly improved tech user interface from my current one (and within my budget), I drove my new one home, a very satisfied customer. Amazing leasing experience I initially started discussions with Lora Moore about 2 months ago but couldn't finalize a deal since I had about 3 more payments on an existing compe I initially started discussions with Lora Moore about 2 months ago but couldn't finalize a deal since I had about 3 more payments on an existing competitor's lease. I decided to finish the lease out and restart discussions later. 2 months past and Lora was able to restart discussions with me and we were able to work out a great lease deal on a 2018 MDX. Throughout the whole process, Lora answered all my questions and was able to put me at ease concerning what it would be like to be an Acura customer (I have owned/leased Mercedes, BMW, Audi in the past). Even when Lora was busy or out of the office, Ann was able to step in and help out to make sure I was making steady progress. When it came time to financing, Hamad was great and we spent some time chatting about good airlines to fly for international travel. All in all, DCH Acura was a great experience and the whole team came together nicely for me to complete the lease agreement. I expect a similar experience a couple months from now for my first service! I am recommending this dealership to all my family and friends!!! More
