There were no surprises, only transparency during the entire buying process. Most people suffer from automobile buying angst. This was not our experience. I was then put in touch with Walter Goldman who answered additional questions I had about the Acura MDX and he took me for a test drive. I can't say enough great things about both Paul & Walter. They were very honest & pleasant to work with and made the car buying process a breeze. This is the first time I have bought a car without any pressure.....the whole experience was wonderful.
