2020 RDS purchase at Montclair Acura Decided to purchase an Acura RDX through the Costco Car Purchase Plan and was directed to contact Montclair Acura for a no haggle price. Was instantly Decided to purchase an Acura RDX through the Costco Car Purchase Plan and was directed to contact Montclair Acura for a no haggle price. Was instantly called by a representative who gave me a price right over the phone. Price was about $3500 below MSRP. Drove up the next day and was introduced to sales rep Lori Moore. She couldn't have been a more friendly and professional person to deal with. She answered all our questions, showed all the color combinations on the cars in stock along with the option packages. She made us feel very comfortable purchasing a car at Montclair Acura. We planned to pay cash but was suggested we finance for a short period and qualified for another $1500 savings. Can't say enough good things about Lori and Montclair Acura. More

First DCH Experience My first interaction with DCH was Nadjy Moise from the internet sales group who reached out to me after requesting the information on TrueCar.com. She was pleasant to speak with and invited me to visit the dealership without being pushy which I really liked. This was the third dealership I visited that day. My first impression was the environment was clean and modern. The fact that there was a charging station was a small, but in my case was very convenient to have. The front desk host was also nice and offered my a beverage. I was then introduced to Tony and that was also a very smooth experience. His personality complemented our buying style very well because we are easygoing, but straight forward and detail oriented. I would say the same for the finance guy Luis. They both handled all our questions very well and seemed patient. I would say they are good at what they do because I came in with my own financing and left financing with Luis. My wife and I had plans to visit a few more dealerships before making a final decision, but Tony and Luis did a good job making us feel comfortable making a decision with the information we had up until that point. I left that day with a vehicle and am happy with my purchase. I would recommend others and would buy from them again. More
