This is my second time leasing a car from DCH Paramus Honda. I have to be honest and tell you that my first experience was not the greatest. My husband and I had leased an Odyssey from Bay Ridge Honda in Brooklyn, NY. But, had moved to NJ and wanted to start our new lease here in New Jersey. We first went to Garden State Honda -- it was a h Honda in Brooklyn, NY. But, had moved to NJ and wanted to start our new lease here in New Jersey. We first went to Garden State Honda -- it was a horrible experience and made us reconsider Honda. Their customer service was awful, they made us wait (with 2 kids, and I am 8 months pregnant) for hours as they put together a laughable lease arrangement. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. We left absolutely defeated. I asked around to my friends and everyone told me that Garden State was a mistake and that DCH in Paramus was the place to go. We were not disappointed. They were respectful about our terms-- what we wanted to pay and what we wanted -- they were quick, incredibly nice. Helped us move everything from the old car to the new -- just an all around great experience. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to use them for future cars. We have a great car at a price we are totally happy with. More
