DCH Honda has definitely exceeded my expectations! What started out as a horrible day, quickly managed to turn into a blessing in disguise. Despite my very impatient manor and short temper from a horrific started out as a horrible day, quickly managed to turn into a blessing in disguise. Despite my very impatient manor and short temper from a horrific morning, the staff of DCH Honda managed to meet my every car need. Initially, I found myself in the Honda service department on a Tuesday morning with a broken key. The broken key sparked the car alarm to go off, waking the neighbors as I struggled to turn it off, with the embarrassment of looking like I stole my own car! Not only was I running late for work, missing a very important meeting, but the thought of waiting amongst many people for my car to be serviced, was what I dreaded most. I arrived to DCH Honda, aggravated, but managed to keep a level head in explaining the issue at hand. This is where I was greeted by the very friendly staff who explained the entire process from start to finish and why each step in the process was essential. I was told the amount it would cost and told to sit in a waiting room of about 35 other people in need of service. The service was quick and the wait time was minimal! My day quickly changed once I was greeted by the Service Manager, Christopher Park. He explained, very detailed, the other areas my car needed work and took the time to address my many inquires I had regarding the processes. Chris is very courteous and efficient. I had other issues with my car including the driver side visor and TPMS. Chris and the DCH staff looked into both and found faulty issues, and they were able to be covered. I also won a free oil change off the scratch and win (which I needed). My day got better the moment I stepped into the DCH service department because that one key issue solved several others I had with my car. Chris and the entire staff were very patient, knowledgeable, and reliable. The entire process of service required another visit to Honda. Both visits were very quick and the service was done correctly. I have no complaints. Chris let me know when the parts arrived and helped set my appointment. My overall experience with DCH Honda was very different from my experiences with other Honda service departments I’ve gone to in the past. Those bad experiences from the past, almost stopped me from taking my car to Honda for service all together. However, the experience I had at DCH Honda was an one that will keep me a loyal customer for a very long time. Kind Regards, A Happy Customer :) More
My wife and I were very happy with the service at DCH Honda of Paramus on 05/04/2013. When I emailed Chris Park to ask if a free carwash is included with my first free oil change on our 2012 Honda CRV, Honda of Paramus on 05/04/2013. When I emailed Chris Park to ask if a free carwash is included with my first free oil change on our 2012 Honda CRV, he said he will gladly accomodate that our vehicle be washed at no extra charge. When we got to the dealership, Frank Russo, Jr. was our service advisor. He was very friendly and helpful. He told us that on Saturdays they usually don't wash cars because they get very busy, but he was able to accomodate it since we are first time customers. We were very happy with the over all experience. More

I took my car (2003 Accord sedan) in with complaints of metallic knockings/noise in the front wheels whenever I run over stuff in the street, potholes etc.,so a mechanic and I took the car for a test run t metallic knockings/noise in the front wheels whenever I run over stuff in the street, potholes etc.,so a mechanic and I took the car for a test run to see if we could duplicate the noise, and as you would have it, nothing happened. So he placed it on a lift, then came back and said it needed some form of linkage, and the A/C was blowing hot air. They changed the compressor for the A/C, did an oil change, did what they had to do as far as changing whatever was seen to be wrong,or could be causing the noise in the wheels, charged me almost $2,000, literally half was for labor, and within the hour the noise was there again, so I don't think some of these people are certified Honda mechanics, they are just there to do to the customers what they did to me, rip off the public, they will not be seeing me nor any of my family members back there (we all own Hondas). I called back telling them that the problem still existed and was told to bring the car back, but I don't have that type of time to be going back and forth to these people if they are "only" guessing. We might just trade in these cars for Toyotas. Of course this dealership will never be recommended to anyone by me. More
They're crooks IMO. All repair bills are padded, and they try to initiate extra work on things that are not necessary. I had sudden deceleration and my car went from 40 mph to 15 mph in 3 seconds without hitting the brakes. They told me they could not find the problem. They did NOT want to find the problem because my lease was almost over, and they could care less for the safety of their customers IMO. More
I mived from Westchester County in NY almost 3 years ago and kept going to White Plains Honda because I was comfortable there. I knew about DCH Paramus Honda but found it difficult to get there. However, si and kept going to White Plains Honda because I was comfortable there. I knew about DCH Paramus Honda but found it difficult to get there. However, since it is closer to me ( I loive in river Edge, NJ) I decided to do a GPS and found it easily. Boy am I glad I did. It saved me a toll for the Tsappan Zee Bridge and a 40 minuite drive. I was in for a scheduled maintenance and found the service to be friendly and efficient. I was out in 40 minutes and was treated well. More
This is the worst Service Center I ever saw. I actually went to get the Oil change Service. But they add on things which I had to pay (no choice). In addition to the required maintenance that needed to be done, i had also asked the Honda personnel to check out the paint peeling off from the bumper of my car. These paint chips were not in any way scraped towards the ground because it is the top portion of the bumper. This bumper is also a replacement due to an accident a couple of months ago, but the new parts were installed at the discretion of DCH Honda and their service member, Nick Clites. However, they had told me that these paint chips were caused by the bumper bending and flexing at the mercy of a steep drive way of some sort. I do not believe that the paint chipped off due to the flexing of my bumper, rather it was done due to the improper job done coating the paint. And DCH Paramus Honda is not accepting responsibility of their bad job. Since my car is new I am going to take up the matter with Honda and BBB. More
Horrible experience! This is my local dlr. Refused to service my car under warranty, said they never heard of a 5yr/60k drivetrain warranty! I brought my car in for service on April 23, 2009 at 8 pm and picked it up on Friday April 24, 2009 at 8:45 pm. When i got home around 9:15 I noticed that my EZ pass device was missing from my middle console and picked it up on Friday April 24, 2009 at 8:45 pm. When i got home around 9:15 I noticed that my EZ pass device was missing from my middle console along with a $20.00 bill, roughly $4.00 in change, a new pair of earings (value of $9.99) and my car charger for my cell phone. I immediately called, but you had already closed. I called at 8:30 am saturday, April 25 and left Valerie several messages, but she never returned my call. I spoke to someone in the service dept and he kept telling me there was no manager on site and to come in during the week because there was nothing that could be done. I was extrememly upset that noone could help me so I called the sales department and the receptionist, who was very nice took my information and told me she would have the manager, Tim call me on Monday. Tim called me and pretty much said that he would check into it, but unless someone admits it, he cannot do anything. I understand that you cannot accuse someone without proof, but someone in your department stole these items out of my car. I want to be reimburst for what was stolen. I had to pay $33.00 to cancel my EZ Pass, $24.00 in cash, $9.99 for the earings and $39.99 for the car charger = $106.98. I entrusted you with my car that it would be returned in the same condition in which i dropped it off. I will never bring my car there again for any kind of service and i will be pursuing this matter of getting my items replaced!!! More
