Another fantastic experience at DCH Honda of Paramus. Ralph was great. I walked in without an appointment battery trouble. They were so busy, but Ralph,service adviser took care of me. So glad I found DCH Paramus Honda. ..I relocated to the area earlier this year and was nervous about finding a new repair shop, but Natasha instantly put me at ease and has been great. ..I relocated to the area earlier this year and was nervous about finding a new repair shop, but Natasha instantly put me at ease and has been great. She's responsive, knows her stuff and I definitely feel as I can trust her. And I have been very happy with the quality of the service received as well, they keep my Pilot running great!
