Great Service! I came in on a Saturday for an oil change and to check my battery. Cristian gave us a loaner car while my car was being serviced. He accidentally quot I came in on a Saturday for an oil change and to check my battery. Cristian gave us a loaner car while my car was being serviced. He accidentally quoted me for a smaller battery I said yes to. So he called me back and apologized and charged me the same price for the right battery. He didn't have me pay more for the right battery for his mistake. I really appreciated that kind of service! More

A great experience w/ sincere people! I made my second stop at DCH Acura after going to Orange Coast were I had the most horrible experience, it was a nightmare and before I “signed” the d I made my second stop at DCH Acura after going to Orange Coast were I had the most horrible experience, it was a nightmare and before I “signed” the deal I thought let’s check somewhere else. Once I did I met Mike & Ken who were honest, they followed up and were completely transparent. Ultimately this made me want to close my deal there and it made me feel appreciated and that Mike & Ken not only cared about me and what I wanted but how my family felt during the process.
