Ive never purchased a brand new car before so I had been shopping around at different dealerships for a while since i was in the market for the new integra type s. I have to say that DCH in Tustin gave me t shopping around at different dealerships for a while since i was in the market for the new integra type s. I have to say that DCH in Tustin gave me the best deal, hands down, and best experience out of everywhere else I had visited. Jose was awesome and really personable. Let me take as much time as i wanted test driving and checking out the car. When we got down to pricing i knew from the get go what I did and did not want and Jose was respectful and didnt try to force any add-ons which woud have steered me away. My wife and I had our kids with us at the time and Jose went above and beyond; took us to a separate secluded area where the kids could play which took some of the stress off of us while working deal. We ended up on a price that we were both happy with but by that time the kids were getting ancy and they were almost closed so Jose and his manager Erik offered to stay later or said they would send us an Uber to pick us up the next day and bring us back to Tustin!!! Keep in mind we live an hour and twenty minutes away. That blew me away and gave me the peace of mind to sleep on it. Erik and Jose also honored the same price we agreed. When we showed up the next day it was a quick sign and go since they had prepared as much as they could be for I showed up. Super happy with our experience and would recommend them to anyone More

He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. Miguel walked me through every step with clear communication, no pressure, and a great attitude. He made sure I understood all my options and answered every question I had. I truly felt supported from start to finish. If you’re looking for great service and someone who actually listens to what you want, ask for Miguel! I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thanks again, Tustin Acura and Miguel, for making this such a great memory! 🚘✨ More

Like many people, I’ve always dreaded the car-buying experience — the pressure, uncertainty, and constant follow-up calls can be overwhelming. But I have to say, my experience with DCH Tustin was refres experience — the pressure, uncertainty, and constant follow-up calls can be overwhelming. But I have to say, my experience with DCH Tustin was refreshingly different. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and none of the usual dealership runaround. It was a smooth, straightforward process from start to finish. I’d highly recommend DCH Tustin to anyone looking for a new or used car. The person I primarily dealt with was Jose Rios. Awesome guy! Irvine Acura: 1 star Dishonest dealership. Poor management: manager who does not come out to speak directly to customer when appointment was with him. Tried to pull switcheroo. Drove 90 minute Poor management: manager who does not come out to speak directly to customer when appointment was with him. Tried to pull switcheroo. Drove 90 minutes down 405. Wasted time. When I got home, I got online and reached out to a direct contact at DCH Tustin Acura. I asked Ernie for a straightforward deal that my other friend got from him 2 weeks ago. He got back to me and said- yes! But then when he was looking for actual black unit- he said that it would be $600 more since limited stock and that's what Acura charged. I paused and went to do some research with my brokers and other Southern CA Acura dealers. Between the games other dealers tried- I reached out to Ernie a day and half later and we settled on a deal. It was very straight forward- all the documents were done electronically remotely. All that was left for me to go to dealership to inspect vehicle, pay, and take delivery. Took delivery last Thursday and paid with Apple Pay with my Apple Card. (I subsequently found out that my HS friend said that Irvine Acura charges 3% to use credit card!) Couple of minor hiccups at inspection and delivery: 1. rear decklid had medium, deep scratchs that the dealer detailers were NOT able to remove- said not to be too aggressive since I realized proper paint correction would likely be warranted and I have my own guys at Polished Protection who could do that more precisely and safely. 2. front passenger side: lower side skirt moulding was misaligned and not flush with the rest of the side (the driver side was). Ernie took photos and sent to service. They couldn't address that same day. [Service called me the next day and said they could get me in mid-July- b/c of the limited loaners. Disappointing to say the least for something that was noted at delivery. I updated Ernie and he called service and got me for next Tuesday and Sales would provide the loaner. That was a very nice touch.] When I was driving back up to the South Bay, I realized that: 3. No Monroney sticker. Next day, Ernie located it. 4. No digital CA DMV paperwork given (or signed by me). But I did have CA temp plates- and when I messaged Ernie- the contract and actual miles at delivery were not the same. Didn't sign an odometer disclosure. Next day, Ernie had finance manager sent me the documents- they did it digitally and signed power of attorney on my behalf- ironically, I didn't sign that. 5. Acura EV app: was down so we could not complete set up to get connected to car and get EVgo credits. It seems problematic. Next day, we tried remotely with the links he sent. Still didn't work. Will try to complete when I go in for service. 6. When we opened the trunk, my mom and I were very surprised that there was no trunk privacy cover! Ernie took me to parts and they said they could order for discounted $187, but it was need to be installed- the cover hold ends need to be riveted in! pass Overall, this is first time Acura ownership- coming from 10 Audis. 5 Lexus' and 2 MB so our start was a little bumpy. 3.5 stars Ernie and DCH have been relatively easy to work with and they are technologically friendly. James in finance was efficient as well- the DMV paperwork was the only thing missing. But I was in/out in 10 minutes. No upselling dealer add ons, which was greatly appreciated. Ashton, the GM messaged me over the weekend so I sent him some honest feedback on the good and not so good aspects. PS Coming from true luxury brand, it was disappointing to learn that Acura does not have a factory service loaner program. Individual dealers may have some, but they are extremely limited and have to book out several weeks- and not for routine services such as oil changes. Audi, Lexus, MB all offers these truly luxury amenities. PS ZDX is actually a GM product and you can certainly tell it's non-luxury underpinnings- the center console plastics and climate ctrl knobs are very cheap looking as are the lightweight keyfobs. More
