The service department is there for just that; complete service. The Techs are friendly and never try to sell anything. The car gets done when your told it will be done. Everyone involved in the process makes it as pleasant as they can. There is great communication between the service department and the customer, so there are no surprises. Also, there is great follow up after the car is returned to the customer if you have any questions even th e next day. Youwhoel serice history is quickly available on their data base. All in all it makes taking your car in and waiting to get your car back serviced and washed an efficient, professional and rewarding morning. More

The service that I refer to is always professional and interested in my concerns about my vehicle. Your employees have a way of making me feel special for the short time that I am in your facility. Kyle Herron lives and offered me that same type of attention on my recent visit. No one looks forward to spending money on their car, maintenance or otherwise, but somehow your dealership makes it a good experience. I also love the car wash and chocolate bar. I came to DCH Tustin Acura in 2005, right after purchasing my Acura TL, and have always had an excellent experience there. George Rodrigues and Kyle Herron take good care of me, and I feel like 'fa purchasing my Acura TL, and have always had an excellent experience there. George Rodrigues and Kyle Herron take good care of me, and I feel like 'family' when I come in for my appointments. Knowing I am retired and on a budget, they try to find the best price for whatever service is necessary. George warned me a year in advance to start putting money aside for my timing belt to be replaced after 100,000 miles, which was very helpful. When something goes wrong with my car (which I love, by the way), I can always drop by for assistance. Because I have no way home, if my wait is going to be too long they provide me with a loaner car. I cannot say enough about the service department, and highly recommend it. I would never take my car anywhere else. More

They checked the battery and if there was an excessive load, but everything checked out A-OK. They even washed my TL without me requesting a free wash. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I visited the dealer because of my MDX's recall. The advisor is very friendly and helpful. He suggested more services for safety driving after free performance of inspection checklist. I have purchased at least 4 Acura's from this dealership. They are very interested in making the customer feel important and care for when they come in for any reason.
