Waited too long and no communication I had an 8:30am appointment for 25,000 mile service and to see if tire had a nail. Originally I was checked in to the Quick Service who took my infor I had an 8:30am appointment for 25,000 mile service and to see if tire had a nail. Originally I was checked in to the Quick Service who took my information and gave my appointment over to Evin. Evin never came into the waiting area to look for me, I did not get any information if there was a nail in the tire and what my options where. I had to look for Evin and ask. Told me the tire was patched and that it should be done in 5 - 10 minutes. At 9:47Am I saw the technician drive my car and park it outside of the waiting area. I waited and waited and even looked for Evin and he wasn't at his desk but my keys were on desk. 1/2 hour later I saw Evin with another customer and proceeded to ask if the car was done and he said he was just finishing up with my account he just got it. This was totally unacceptable customer service to be waiting and to look for help. I hope the plug in the tire is good, otherwise I will be extremely upset. More

Recall Received a notification from Toyota that my car had to recall I scheduled with DCH Toyota. I brought the car in at 9:30 for a 10 o’clock appointment Received a notification from Toyota that my car had to recall I scheduled with DCH Toyota. I brought the car in at 9:30 for a 10 o’clock appointment i informed the service deskthat I had to be out by 11. I was told it was a half hour job it’s now 1115 and I still don’t have my car. when I was checking out they did a full inspection which I did not ask for they sent me an itemized bill for almost $4000 for services I did not need. they said my brakes and rotors need to be replaced they were 90% worn out. the brakes were done and the rotors were changed a month prior. the following day it was raining And the driver side window still had a short in it, they did not fix the recall The service there is disgraceful and I will never go back. unfortunately there is no state or federal agency to report this to and if I do reported to the DOT there’s nothing they could do and he can’t enforce anything More
