I have always felt like I could trust their work and any additional recommendations my vehicle has needed. I gave this service center 4 out of 5 stars because their prices/charges are high. If I had everything done that was recommended for my vehicle, I would have paid an ADDITIONAL $1,012.65! That's on top of $91.80 that I paid for. A cabin air filter alone costs $55.70! This was the cheapest item on the list. More

Too long of a wait I had a scheduled appointment for a routine service. I was scheduled at a specific time on a specific day . I arrived 10 minutes early for my schedule I had a scheduled appointment for a routine service. I was scheduled at a specific time on a specific day . I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled 2 o’clock appt . I signed in they took my keys I went into the lounge. It was 1 hr later my car was not ready (1 hr is not an unreasonable wait from start to finish) I checked with the service person he said sometimes it takes longer . I am thinking longer for a basic service . 1 hr 10 mins same response !! 1 hr 20 mins. really !!! 1 hr 30 mins my car was finished unacceptable . When I arrived for my appointment I am sure they’d knew they were either over booked or running behind . I feel they should have informed me prior via phone or explained that to me when I checked in being up front with the customer is called Good Customer Service. I am actually going to return to where I purchased my car an 1 drive now due to the fact that I have recently moved . Worth the travel for good service More
