Oil and filter change together with a state inspection. Even though I had an appointment, the service took over an hour and a half to complete. Also, the cost to replace tail light bulbs for the state insp Even though I had an appointment, the service took over an hour and a half to complete. Also, the cost to replace tail light bulbs for the state inspection was going to cost over $100.00 to do. I was able to do the job myself for less than two dollars! Additionally, the service representative recommended that I replace my radiator for a cost of $500+ because of a small leak. Yet, there was no recommendation to just fix the leak. I declined. Finally, I was told that my power steering and brake fluid need to be changed. I had just changed it two days before the appointment! It sounded like the service person was trying to tack on more work. This was the first time that I was disappointed with the service experience. More
