Our truck was totaled in an accident. We were down to one vehicle and the insurance company gave us 7 days of rental services to replace it. We had a deposit on it and was waiting for it to be shipped for them to only contact Della and say sorry the lot is being inspected it could be up to 45 days. Heather jumped into high gear and found us another one which was an upgrade and made it work. She was amazing to deal with and the whole process was stress free.
