Going above and beyond I scheduled an oil change with Dahl Ford for 06/14/19. My vehicle, a 1918 EcoSport, has the Xylan coating and is warrantied against damage. Another vehicle put a scratch on one of my doors, so when I went in for the oil change I asked to have it repaired. The body tech came over to me and said it covers dings, not scratches. He checked it out and repaired it for me anyway free of charge. I appreciate that he did something for me that he didn't have to do. He helped me maintain the value of my vehicle. He recognized that it was important to me, and took time from his other tasks to address that concern. More

He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle's technology and trim packages. When we didn't enjoy a particular package he offered to go get the first test vehicle to compare. "you can do that?" I asked. He said "of course!" We ended up purchasing the first vehicle. Dave O'Brien showed me that even when I was upside down on my F-150 I can get back on top using Ford 0% financing. Mike Ohms, again, is the best financing guy I have EVER worked with. He got me the payment I needed so we can afford the Explorer, the FIRST ONE we test drove and fell in love with! More
