Super nice and no pressure but it is a lengthy process I expected to spend a week buying a used car but one trip to Dahl and I found a great car in one day. The finance part was a bit on the lengthy side but only because they were short an employee that day. Jim was so sparkly and upbeat and made the final part of the deal fun even though it was 8PM and we were all starving. In the mean time, Alex gave me a 2012 Toyota Camry to drive over the weekend until my car was ready to be picked up! I was amazed by this and the fact that he even gave us a fuel voucher knowing I live 70 miles away. I will recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle :) More
