We had just gone into the store to say hi to old friends and to discuss the value of trading in our 2012 car. Scott described our options including a very attractive trade-in price and advised us to think about it. A couple of days later we returned and Kyle very expertly compared the new model with ours and encouraged us to test drive the new model. This was all very friendly, no pressure to buy, just helpful. The test drive and Kyle's presentation convinced us that it was a good idea to buy a new model and Scott stuck to his earlier trade-in allowance. We think we got the best car for a very fair price. We were also very impressed with how speedily the financial transactions went thanks to Jim Abeyeta's being so well organized and on top of things. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We'll definitely come back to do business at Dahl. More
