Dan and Jim Changed my mind I had a bad experience with Dahl Ford Service of a La Crosse about 10 years ago, and swore I would never return. This summer, I was looking for a new I had a bad experience with Dahl Ford Service of a La Crosse about 10 years ago, and swore I would never return. This summer, I was looking for a new car, and found one on the Dahl lot after hours. With great trepidation, I decided to return to the lot during working hours to test drive the Toyota I had seen earlier. I found Dan to be immensely helpful and understanding. He doesn't fit the stereotype of the "used car salesman" at all. He answered all of my questions, and suggested options to make me more comfortable with my purchase. I bought the car in August, and he has been available since then to help me get the car simonized, set up Blue Tooth for my new phone, and get help making repairs. Jim was friendly and helpful, making sure I understood all of my paperwork and ensuring that I was comfortable with my purchase. I love my new car and am completely happy with my purchase.
