10/10 Most Thorough and Friendly Car-Buying Experience Ever! I have had a really negative car-buying experience in the past, so I was very cautious this time around and had a lot of questions. Geno was so patient and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and got me to the right person for additional financing questions, etc. He was energetic and enthusiastic and I could tell that he genuinely enjoys his job and helping people find the perfect car. Since I wasn't in a rush to purchase, one of the customer service reps/liaisons, Jillian Smith, asked permission to keep me informed on deals and offers so that I could make an informed decision if I was interested in purchasing ahead of my original timeline. She kept me updated ad informed on the deals and made a point to recall my original purchase timeline when she reached out. When I chose to purchase, the car I wanted was not on the lot, so Geno and his manager Tony worked hard to bring in the exact car that I wanted in from the Twin Cities and I could not have been more thrilled! When it arrived, I was given an opportunity to test drive it to make sure it was everything I remembered and wanted before finalizing the decision to purchase. Finally, financing always feels a little confusing to me, but when I sat down with Ashley, she took the time to walk me through everything in great detail and was able to show me how my payments would change with the different options offered. The way she broke down the information for me really highlighted her professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. There was a small snafu with the pricing of the vehicle, but she was empathetic and understanding and made the correction quickly, which helped put me at ease. Overall, I wanted to really understand the process and what was happening at each step, and the staff at Dahl were so patient and made sure that I felt comfortable the entire time.
