Despite some confusion, happy with overall buying experience I recently purchased a used vehicle from Dahl Auto and, for the most part, I am pleased with the experience. There was some initial confusion regarding the availability of the vehicle. I first was told it was being detailed and wouldn't be ready when I could come to Lacrosse to test drive it, although I would be updated on how far along it was in the line-up. I received an update the following day, saying it was 17th in line. I then received a text saying it was sold before it was even detailed. A few days later, I received a text that it was back on the lot and I could come in for a test drive. There also were crossed wires with my appointment scheduling. But after I arrived for my appointment/test drive, Gene ("Geno") did a great job of making the purchase go smoothly, and Dani was very helpful with the paperwork. Overall, I would give Dahl high marks but also would recommend that the different departments do a better job of communicating among themselves and with potential customers. More
