We understand they are trying to sell products, however, we believe that the products should be offered to the consumer in a way that would be benefit the buyer. We purchased a new car. Tough Experience My sales woman Danielle was very courteous and friendly. The explanation of details about the Crosstrek were up to par. The only thing I did not like was the lack of negotiation for pricing. It was her way or the highway. She said it was the lowest possible price she could go. I felt cornered but the price was reasonable. Everything I knew about previous car buying experiences were out the window. Negotiations were minimal. After I purchased my 2018 Crosstrek I received an email about how incentives were available from 1200 to ??? depending on model. I received an 1100$ rebate for military appreciation. As a four-time Veteran I felt it could have been better. More
