2015 Subaru Outback Gene did a great job going through the features. I test drive a Mazda after driving a Legacy for the last 5 yrs. Subaru is still my favorite. Test drive & rattle issue I would have liked to take the vehicle for a test drive without the sales person riding along. She sat in the back seat, and while offering good infor I would have liked to take the vehicle for a test drive without the sales person riding along. She sat in the back seat, and while offering good information and advice, testing on my own would have been better. After I picked up my vehicle, a very apparent rattle and vibration came from the back seat area. While someone is sitting on the seat it is not as noticeable as when no one is there. If she was not there for the test drive, I would have noticed the rattle and they could have addressed it sooner. Now I have to take the vehicle back for service, which is time consuming and a 30 mile drive. I share this information to make someone else's experience a little better. More

I purchasw my third Subaru Forester from Dahl Auto. I stopped by Dahl Subaru around 2:00 on Monday, July 31st to see what they had in 2018 Subaru 2.51 touring SUV's. There were two on hand in colors th I stopped by Dahl Subaru around 2:00 on Monday, July 31st to see what they had in 2018 Subaru 2.51 touring SUV's. There were two on hand in colors that I liked, but one had a black interior, which I did not like. The other SUV was a new color and was of interest to me. The 2018 Subaru Forester 2.51 touring with eyesight and Navigation + Starlink SUV is the third Subaru Forester that I have purchased at Dahl with Gene Arentz as my sales consultant. I value the service and honesty demonstrated by Gene and Tony Benson - the finance consultant. The sepia bronze with brown leather seats was the vehicle that I liked, and we were able to strike a deal within two hours after I had a chance to test drive another car with the same equipment - but a different color. I was impressed and closed on the price within forty minutes. I picked up my new Subaru in the morning on Tuesday, August 1st. Sincerely, Wayne More
Worst service/repair experience ever Please be aware of the service this dealership provides. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. I made a appointment Please be aware of the service this dealership provides. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. I made a appointment with them for an oil change and I had a transmission leak . The vehicle was still under warranty. When I picked up the vehicle that told me "yes" you have a trani leak but we can"t fix it. They referred me to another dealer. I asked them why then did they not tell me that they were unable to repair a trani at the time I made the appointment. Their response was they didn't have enough clearance height in the shop. I went home and got more furious and called the service writer back and left a message and I also texted her. The next day I still had not received a response so I called them again and spoke with the asst. service manager who promised me he would investigate and get back with me by Friday. He did not so I call the Ford company and it looks like I am getting this resolved with them. Beware, they are nice enough until an issue comes up and then you get no response and no help from them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
