However, the true measure of an excellent dealership is revealed when things don't go exactly perfect after the sale. I'm sure we have all have experienced the disappointment of not getting help when when there is a problem after a purchase. My experience with Alex and the team at Dahl was just the opposite. They all worked very hard to solve the problem, standing behind the vehicles they sell with a "no questions asked" exchange policy. One happy camper/customer! Two words: "Blown transmission"!. . . 100 miles from La Crosse at the very start of a 3,100 mile trip back east for a wedding. Needless to say, not t Two words: "Blown transmission"!. . . 100 miles from La Crosse at the very start of a 3,100 mile trip back east for a wedding. Needless to say, not the way to start a trip . . . or, not the best position to be in, either, for negotiating "a good deal" on a car to replace the one that had just prematurely died. Still, thanks to the good work of Ken Hauser, our sales consultant; the owner, Tyler Dahl; and the whole dealership staff, we left the dealership the next day . . . after having been towed all the way back to La Crosse from Baraboo, WI . . . two extremely happy and satisfied customers, with our brand new 2017 Subaru Outback. In the end, we made it on time to the wedding In Philadelphia, PA and ended up losing only 27-hours from our trip, all told. Still, the bottom line is that we could not have been treated any better, or more fairly, than we were by Ken and everyone else we came in contact with at the the dealership. Talk about changing lemons into lemonade!!! Everyone was wonderful to work with and you should feel comfortable working with them, too! I don't think you will be disappointed. More
