Only Kyle has made car buying enjoyable as that had NEVER happen in my 20 some years of buying cars. I would only recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I have gone through so many purchases that when we purchased through him for the first time I was astonished at how stress free and great him was. The dealership is comfortable, warm and welcoming. Dishonest ! I was looking for a new vehicle and test drove the Subaru Outback with Kyle. He was personable and friendly. I needed a vehicle that was capable of to I was looking for a new vehicle and test drove the Subaru Outback with Kyle. He was personable and friendly. I needed a vehicle that was capable of towing 2500 lbs. The Outback is listed as 2700 lbs. I told Kyle the weight of my boat and trailer and was assured I would be well within the limits of the Outback. I asked if I needed the larger motor and was assured the towing capacity was the same and he recommended I stay with the smaller motor. I traded in my only vehicle and gave $1000.00 on my credit card to hold the Outback. I picked up the vehicle and started packing for vacation. We decided to read the Owners Manual while traveling to get fully fimilular with the new Outback. I was horrified to read that the towing capacity was only 1000 lbs without using a trailer with breaks. I immediately call Kyle and told him what the owner manual stated . Kyle said yes he was aware of that but I should not worry it would be fine. I had been very specific with Kyle and he was fully aware I needed a vehicle that could tow my boat and trailer safely. Kyle flat out lied to me and was aware that I had a small boat and trailer with no breaks and needed to tow 2500 lbs long distances. DO NOT TRUST THIS SALES PERSON. More

No wonder ford dumped them Dahl Automotive you have seen me for the last time. Quick lane....... Really??? Truck in before 8 am it's now 10:32 for an oil change and tire rotatio Dahl Automotive you have seen me for the last time. Quick lane....... Really??? Truck in before 8 am it's now 10:32 for an oil change and tire rotation. Not ready yet. They say they put it in the wrong lift wow 0 confidence in this place. Update.... 1040 almost 3 hrs. Supposedly checked alignment..it was good funny last oil check I had serious problems that needed addressing. Did they look this time or were they trying to screw me last time??? Checked air pressure in tires all were 60# problem is the tires say they should be 80# told them I was going on a trip had 5th wheel hitch in box. Did they even do the oil change??? First it took so long because they put it on the wrong hoist then they had someone call in sick. Absolutely last time I'll go there even though I have the extended warranty Brenengen here I come More

They made the whole process quick and easy!
