I liked the fact that i was able to drive it as far as i needed to, and that Charlie was so informative-there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Charlie took care of everything i needed quickly and efficiently. And he wasn't pushy about it. Which is a great quality. Dealing with the finance people was another story. The first guy was extremely rude and obviously didn't care about us or any other customer. The 3 of them spent almost 3 hours in one office and claimed they had been working on my stuff the whole time. I'm assuming the first guy didn't like what i had to say. So they sent the main one to talk to me. He was pretty cocky. He made sure to point out that he had been there since January and he was so great at his job. Yet i spent the whole day there, literally, waiting on him & the "bank". If you don't have to finance your car, like if there is any way that you can get away with out it, don't. Because dealing with the financial guys, in my opinion was horrible. The only reason i gave them 4 stars was because of Charlie. More

My wife and I walked in to the receptionist and asked for someone in sales. 2 people were too busy to talk us. Geno Arentz was in the middle of something but immediately put that aside to help us. He was very professional. He made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions. He made suggestions based on our comments and listed very well. He sold us what we needed not what the store was pushing. We were very happy with the process. More
