Very easy new car purchase Our sales associate (Torre) was very easy to work with and accommodating. He was not a high pressure sales type. He worked with us through the entire Our sales associate (Torre) was very easy to work with and accommodating. He was not a high pressure sales type. He worked with us through the entire process, helping us test drive several different options and finding others to answer questions when he could not. He was happy to take any offer to his manager, but ultimately, it was his manager that made any decisions about price, as is typical of most dealers. One of the two sales managers I worked with was very easy going and helpful and easy to work with. The other pressured me to buy and take an offer I wasn't ready to take, even though I hadn't yet taken the offer to my wife. I didn't feel very comfortable working with him. That's why I took one star off my overall rating. I can't remember his name (it started with a J I think), but the manager that was friendly was Nathan Kemp. I recommend asking for him when you are ready to negotiate. My salesman introduced us to Nathan on our first day there, so we already knew him a little. I purchased a new Subaru and it was overall a good experience to buy locally. More
